Job Description
The Accounts Assistant position reports into the Financial Controller supporting a medium size team.

Preparing payments runs in line with payment terms.
- Dealing with supplier statement queries.
- Reviewing purchase ledger
- Reconciliation of the sales ledger providing cover/assisting with the debtor’s collection and dealing with customer payment queries
- Managing the Daily Cash flow, monthly Bank Reconciliation and carrying out supplier Recs/Payments
- Posting of bank transaction and bank reconciliations.
- Mailbox management
- Dealing with various queries and liaising with the Operations Managers for streamlining or improving processes.
Qualifications/Required Skills:
- Previous experience supporting a Finance team
- Knowledge of German language will be an advantage
- Strong Excel skills - pivot tables - v-look ups
Salary £30,000 + Hybrid working
