A well-known start up FMCG in central London are looking to hire an Accounts Payable Clerk on a temporary basis for at least 3 months. Based in East London in a newly refurbished office, this role has arisen due to a team member going on long term sick. This opportunity is hybrid with 2 days working in the office each week.
This opportunity reports directly to the Group Financial Controller and Finance Manager and sits within a team of 7. You will be responsible for the entire accounts payable process and elements of the internal audit as they head into year end.
Your duties will include:
For this opportunity, it is essential that you have working experience of stock and non-stock invoicing. You should also have clear communication skills; and be happy to have difficult conversations with suppliers to ensure internal processes are met. It is advantageous if you have worked within a FMCG or start up environment previously.
