Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage cash function team members (i.e. AP, AR)
- Manage payroll tasks
- Business partnering with Sales team
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Produce monthly finance reports to support senior management team
- Prepare, analyze & submit UK & Ireland VAT returns
- Liaising with external auditors
- Maintain comprehensive records (i.e. invoices, sales, cash management, etc.)
- Liaise with suppliers & customers
- Bank reconciliations
- Provide end-to-end accounting support in relation to capital expenditure revenues
- Support finance department processes
- Support Group Accountant, Financial Controller, Directors and wider company
