You will be responsible for:

  • Playing a leading role in shaping and delivering finance transformation projects, depending on your experience.
  • Shaping and developing client deliverables.
  • Working with and leading teams, depending on your experience.
  • Playing an active role in managing and developing client relationships.
  • Participating in practice development and managing and coaching more junior team members.
  • Driving and proactively supporting the management of client engagements, supporting a Director or Partner.
  • Supporting the development of client proposals and new business development.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong and recent experience of finance transformation projects and programmes. This will ideally include some of the following:

  • Oracle enabled Finance Transformation.
  • Finance process design (e.g. R2R, P2P, O2C)
  • Business case development.
  • A desire to work in technology-enabled finance transformation programmes and learn about how technology is transforming finance functions of the future.
  • Experience of ERP projects and programmes and experience with Oracle ERP Cloud is particularly desirable.
  • A desire to look for innovative ways of improving our clients’ finance functions.
  • Team leadership experience.
  • Transformation project experience, developed through a consulting or industry role.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
