Job Description

The Role:

We are looking a highly driven & ambitious individual for our client who has recently attained a degree and someone who is eager to begin their career in Finance, where they can come in become a crucial member of the Finance team as the Agency rapidly scales. Working closely with the Management Accountant, Financial Controller and other senior members of the wider business, the role strikes an excellent combination involving both Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable, where you will be fully immersed with hands-on transactional duties in a creative, past-paced environment. The role offers study support scope to progress to Senior Finance Assistant / Management Accountant within 18-24 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts receivable ledger management
• Accounts payable duties
• Month end responsibilities, including revenue posting and balance sheet reconciliations
• Financial ledger maintenance
• Tracking & accruals
• System management
• Ad-hoc finance duties

What We Need to See (Essential Skills):

• Recently attained a Finance related degree
• Ambitions to study ACCA / CIMA
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

What We Would Like to See (Bonus Skills):

• 6 months experience in an Accounts Assistant role or similar

Start Date: ASAP (happy with 1 month notice period)

Salary: Up to £26,000 + Study Support

Location: Central London / Hybrid
