Job Description

Playing a crucial role in the smooth running of our business, you’ll support our management accounting, forecasting and planning cycle. You’ll:

• Conduct primary investigations and deep-dive data queries in transaction data and master data, providing high level succinct explanations.
• Extra focus and attention to clarify core areas of confusion.
• Find solutions related to data challenges and processes.
• Present them to senior stakeholders and draw attention to the important points that need consideration and decisions made.
• Conceptualize, create, and maintain a comprehensive directory of all data points used in the P&F process and capture all essential information related to each one.
• Understand and document all dependencies, sequences, and relationships of data inside the tool and the wider impact on Reckitt processes.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• You have FP&A and commercial finance experience
• You can collaborate closely with other finance functions and drive continuous improvement
• You have a close attention to detail and your analytical mindset means you spot trends and anomalies others miss
• You are an excellent communicator, able to influence others using facts and data
• You have significant experience and sound understanding of Reckitt finance master data
• You have significant experience and sound understanding of Reckitt Fusion system (SAP BW)
• You are knowledgeable in the Commercial and Supply FP&A processes, tools and models that are used throughout the Reckitt organization and the applicable complexities each
• You have good understanding of data processes and related dependencies for P&F and wider FP&A processes
• You have good knowledge of decision-making structures in Finance, Master data and IT
• You have experience of driving and implementing process and technology initiatives both locally and globally
• You have experience of working in a dynamic, high performing environment, that is time-pressured and result oriented, with a global and virtual team footprint
