Job Description
This is a key post that will work with their international markets and sales channels, providing financial information, tools, analysis and insight to executives, challenging their thinking, helping them make more informed decisions and driving business strategy. The successful candidate must be CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting with informative analysis and insight for all levels of the business including Trustees, Audit Committee and Executive
- Lead, and improve, the budgeting and forecasting processes across all Markets
- Lead, and improve on, the bi-annual fee pricing and annual examiner fee setting processes to reduce complexity and improve contribution for the organization
- Help drive commercial aspirations and profitability across the organization, using modelling, analysis, and strong stakeholder management to understand product and market profitability
- Understand, reduce complexity, and provide clarity of the market structures, including harmonization of pricing, review of commission structures, payment structures and commercial agreements
- Support the organization on commercial tenders and analyzing of new opportunities.
- Working closely with Transactions Manager to reduce working capital days, through improved debt collection from the Markets
