Organising meetings and taking minutes
Typing letters / reports and creating spreadsheets
Collating tender documents
General administration (e.g. filing, stationary orders)
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A positive attitude Proven experience of organising others Intermediate or advanced Excel skills Intermediate skills in Word and PowerPoint Previous experience using InDesign Excellent attention to detail Ability to work effectively on own initiative, even when under pressure Administrative / PA / diary management / event management skills
