Job Description
- Play a key role in the production of monthly and quarterly management
- Analytically review and analysis of month end and quarter end results. Produce reports on a monthly basis, analyzing data and investigating variances.
- Lead the month end and quarter end posting and reconciliation processes
- Preparation of the annual earnings plan
- Prepare reports and deliver in person explanation of monthly results for selected Lines of Business to the customers
- Prepare quarterly management accounting reports for External Auditors, Boards and Parent company
- Ensure that appropriate controls over regulatory reporting exist and that these are operating effectively
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA or CIMA)
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the needs of the business
- Understand complex data and information with the ability to interpret and recommend commercially astute courses of action
- Proven ability to lead on high-profile projects, utilizing experience in project management techniques to deliver complex projects on-time, in-full
