A chance to join a dynamic and expanding organisation based in Epsom. Our client is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and well educated individual to join their team. Supporting a Director and Manager, the role is split between finance and administration.
Office Admin Management of :-
Covering the front desk and general phone line when required
Providing Director & Manager Admin support
Liaising with suppliers and ensuring all stationary etc is available at all times
Handling and allocating all incoming and outgoing post
Allocating new supplier codes against purchase orders if relevant
Monitoring and recording all petty cash
Visitors and conference room co-ordination
Accounts payable inbound and file system
Broker and Sales Lead Communications
Maintain a record of the holiday and absence for staff
Expenses and credit card coordinator
Future Potential for full training in all functions of Financial, Operations & Admin
Employee On-boarding
IT Admin Help Desk
Disaster Recovery
Bank Payment cover
Supplier Co-ordinator & cost manager
Commission System Management
Accounts Payable Cover
General FOCA cover training
Person Specification:
Educated to A’ Level standard or equivalent
Proactive, Independent thinker, Good MS Office skills, Organised
Support for Business & Admin NVQ’s or further related study outside of office hours.
A bright and pro-active individual with excellent organisational skills
