What you will do:
- Producing monthly and quarterly management reports to senior management
- Preparing quarterly management accounts.
- Completing balance sheet reconciliations.
- Reviewing monthly VAT returns.
- Supporting the Financial Controller with lenders reporting.
- Leading the audit process for SPVs.
- Overseeing the AP and AR functions.
- Recommending/implementing changes to systems and processes.
What you will need:
- Solid experience in producing management accounts.
- Part Qualified/Qualified Professional (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Advanced Excel and IT skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience within the real estate sector (not essential, but desirable).
