Job Description

You daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
  • Managing the switchboard, and taking any incoming calls
  • Managing a general inbox and sorting through initial email enquiries
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
  • Announcing arrivals and communicating internal/external meetings
  • Maintaining the tidy reception area and meeting rooms
  • Ordering catering, stationary and any additional office supplies
  • Processing any paperwork and documents, and updating systems
  • Supporting with additional administration tasks

The ideal candidate for this role will be extremely proactive, have strong interpersonal skills and work well within a team! You must be confident liaising with internal and external individuals and be willing to support the other members of the team in a busy, fast-paced environment!

Previous office-based experience within professional services, preferably within a front-of-house or administrative capacity is desired.

This can be a part-time or full-time position for the successful candidate and will work on a pro-rata basis to the annual salary.
