Job Description

As the management accountant you would be responsible for the review of SPV management accounts prepared by outsourced administrators and preparation of project budgets and cash flow forecasts. The role is primarily responsible for a number of the business's developments in the UK and Euruope working hand in glove with asset and investment management teams to analyse portfolio performance.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of project budgets and cash flow forecasts
• Review of SPV management accounts prepared by outsourced fund administrators
• Working closely with asset and investment management to analyse portfolio performance
• Preparation of covenant reports to debt providers
• Prepeartion of VAT / CIS returns

Candidate

• ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified (would consider a strong finalist / QBE candidate)
• Real estate experience would be desirable
• The ability to work with a variety of non-financial stakeholders and a clear communicator
