Job Description
  • Checking supplier invoices and raising cheque and  payments
  • Raising sales invoices and collection schedules and allocating payments received to client accounts
  • Processing accounting transactions (purchases, Sales, banking and Journals)
  • Bank reconciliation and running VAT returns from accounting system
  • Preparation of monthly management reporting pack
  • Inter-company reconciliations
  • Maintaining documentation
  • Other accounting tasks

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • AAT qualified or Part qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA
  • Experience with Sage Accounting
  • Good Excel skills
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Efficient and well organized
  • Self-motivated and able to use own initiative
  • Proven track record of working in a busy finance department
  • Team orientated
