- Invoice processing
- Bank reconciliations
- Supplier relationship maintenance
- Data entry
- Providing adhoc finance assistance for the team
- Ensuring payments, accounts and records are correct
- Recording and filing cash transactions
- Internal/external relationship queries
Profile
- Immediately available or available within short notice
- Some experience carrying out Accounts Assistant duties and responsibilities
- Strong excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent team-player
- Great time management and organisation skills
- Eager to develop experience working in Accountancy roles
