Job Description
  • Managing and Maintaining current accounting systems
  • Statutory Accounting 
  • Declarations to tax and social authorities 
  • Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable 
  • Salary Payments
  • Managing bank accounts in France and  Spain
  • Managing Accounts & Reporting
  • Revenue recognition/forecasting
  • Supporting the London based Finance Manager on an Ad Hoc basis

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Fluent in English & French - ability to speak Spanish would be beneficial
  • Good use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Familiar with Xero and Sage Software's
  • Part Qualified/Qualified
  • Knowledge of French and  UK accounting:
  • Accounting policies and procedures
  • Sales Tax
  • Payroll
  • Banking facilities and procedure
  • Statutory returns
