Job Description
- Preparation of project budgets and cash flow forecasts
- Review of accounts prepared by outsourced fund administrators
- Working closely with asset and investment management to analyses portfolio performance
- Preparation of covenant reports to debt providers
- Preparation of VAT / CIS returns
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified (would consider a strong finalist / QBE candidate)
- Real estate experience would be desirable
- The ability to work with a variety of non-financial stakeholders and a clear communicator
