Own a portfolio of clients (existing and new) for end-to-end migration and onboarding to strategic system
Set up and quality control new and existing fund structures in eFront for end-to-end accounting and administration, including but not limited to fund configuration, chart of accounts, waterfall and fee calculations, share classes, investor onboarding, investor data, reporting templates, etc
Contribute fund accounting and front experience and expertise to the design of migration / onboarding workflows and processes
Facilitate creation of best in class checklists and workflows for future migrations and mandates to codify and industrialize the process
Escalate in a timely manner any data, documentation or procedural issues, internally and with the clients as required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
ACCA Qualified with 2-3 Years’ experience
Timely delivery of committed dates for onboarding and migrations against the allocated portfolio of existing and new clients
Accurate and timely reporting of status to global lead for the project
Complete and comprehensive data loads and set-ups in eFront for the allocated portfolio
Efficient control environment for allocated migration processes including checklists, processes and QA.
