Job Description

• Preparing project cash flows
• Liaising and reporting to management, as well as monthly with the client
• Updating Cost Managers based on production schedules and actual hires
• Tracking artist allocations to projects and assisting with resulting journals
• Providing Cost Managers with monthly actuals and reviewing forecasts
• Communicate with management accounts regarding forecasting information
• Issuing sales invoices to clients based on cash flow and milestone delivery
• Submitting monthly recharge journals
