Your main duties will be to proactively respond to customer service telephone calls both on an inbound and outbound basis, communication and administration of delivery information and client account queries. General data entry on site delivery vehicles and inbound stock on to the weighbridge system.
Offering a positive customer service experience to clients and colleagues at all times. You will be of a pleasant manner and fit in well within a small team.
Microsoft office package experience and ideally accounts packages would be preferred.
Immediate interviews are available - 13 weeks temporary to permanent contract.
Your working hours required will be 09:00am - 1:00pm Monday to Friday.
Occasional additional hours may be required to assist in peak periods/holiday cover.
