Job Description
The role holder will provide commercial and financial support for business cases and procurement cases for 3rd party renegotiation and renewals. This involves working with operations on in-life contract management and performance, ensuring alignment across the business units to drive optimal business decisions at Service Delivery level as well as providing the Full Fiber and Copper lens.
Key responsibilities
- A financial manager role, reporting directly to the C Level, SD Business Optimization.
- An excellent communicator, providing clear & concise reporting at exec level.
- In-life contract and partner management for 3rd party resource contracts, c. £100m p.a.
- Covering both desk and field operations.
- Future contract renewals / renegotiations.
- Management of minimum volume guarantees across all product areas to minimize financial risk.
- Transformation opportunities across 3rd party resourcing.
- Front door for procurement and contract management / change control.
- Secondary responsibility. As part of the wider Business Optimization team, have the ability to support the Resource Optimization roles for building and insight on capacity planning.
