Job Description
  • Assist in the preparation and completion of the Statutory Accounts and Tax computations including liaison with company auditors and tax advisors
  • Assist in the co-ordination of annual audits, both statutory and for US Reporting
  • Preparation of summary Monthly management reporting for Delta (part of DJE Consulting)
  • Supporting management of Delta in the preparation of monthly forecasts and providing information to aid the management of the business.
  • Assisting with the preparation of quarterly balance sheet reviews, with variance analysis and completing checklists for global reporting

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience producing Statutory Accounts especially with FRS 102 and Tax. US GAAP reporting experience would also be beneficial.
  • Experience within audit would be beneficial to the role, ideally also some rounded accounting experience such as reviewing/preparing management accounts, VAT returns.
  • Numerate
  • Team Player
  • Strong IT skills - particularly Excel
  • Experience of ERP systems desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Adaptable and willing to learn and evolve as requirements change over time
  • Well organized and able to manage time appropriately
  • Qualified Accountant – CIMA, ACCA or Chartered, ideally with some audit experience
