Job Description
- Maintain uptime on network, servers, internal systems, PC's, printers
- Maintain and administer Winman ERP System (SQL DB, .NET)
- Maintain and administer Office 365
- Maintain 1st line support for all internal systems and manage 2nd line support and above with maintenance provider where needed
- Maintain and monitor KPI stats for IT system uptime and availability
- Maintain and develop remote working infrastructure
- Identify software and tools that can support efficient workflows and system
- Specify and purchase replacement hardware as required
A key part to the role will be to build and maintain great relationships with all users and make sure that you are the first person they think of and go to when they have a technical issue.
Key Experience Required
We are looking for someone with excellent all-round skills in 1st and 2nd line support with solid knowledge of the following:
- Windows Server - Active Directory
- Office 365
- Hardware - PC's Printers and anything with a plug on
- Networking
- Remote Desktop Services
Beneficial skills would be:
- ERP support experience
- SQL Server support
- Ability to write or amend SQL queries
- VMware
