The post holder will be a critical partner to the Chief Commercial Officer and the SLT that are responsible for driving Volume growth and efficient Capital Allocation enabling VMO2 to hit key financial and non-financial targets. The role holder should be a seasoned Finance leader bringing together an experienced team alongside an evolving commercial landscape and significant change ambitions!!!
At the heart of this position is business partnering to the Sales and Retentions division in optimizing sales operational performance, driving cost efficiencies through structured reporting and challenging sales channel spend. This will be carried out through SAC analysis; marketing teams across multiple brands delivering Digital first approach/advanced analytics and Operational teams delivering Customer first solutions and optimum cost to serve.
