Job Description
  • Invoicing and credit control
  • Importing sales and purchase invoices into Xero and their own bespoke systems.
  • Processing and payment of supplier invoices
  • Handling expenses claims
  • Liaising with the attorneys and paralegals to post disbursements and fees
  • Management of the client and supplier database

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Credit Control
  • Invoicing
  • Microsoft Excel
