Job Description
  • Setting up new customer and supplier accounts and  maintaining the database
  • Chasing up of Aged Debtors
  • Keeping a weekly supplier chase list and administer the supplier pay run
  • Matching receipts and invoices to the credit card statements and chasing up missing receipts and invoices
  • VAT returns, bank reconciliations, month end statements, petty cash and investigating errors
  • Inputting of supplier invoices onto the Sage and SimPRO system and sending out customer invoices
  • Input and maintain employee/sub contractor’s working weekly hours 
  • Franking and Posting all Mail
  • Interact with Directors/Managers/team members providing general/admin assistance
  • Maintain office refreshments/stationery stock/office cleaning supplies and order supplies as required
  • Responsible for customer care and customer service at all times

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proficient IT skills: MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • To work effectively as part of a team and possess excellent communication skills: written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work without supervision
  • Good telephone answering skills
  • A can-do attitude, flexible, reliable, and energetic
  • Ability to be passionate, energetic, driven with a desire to succeed
  • Adaptable to changing situations
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm
  • The ability to communicate well at all levels
