Job Description
  • Create monthly purchase order sheets for Region
  • Reconcile cost reports versus purchase order sheets.
  • Allocate Purchase order numbers and raise purchase orders in Xero
  • Liaise with channel operations and finance departments to deliver monthly summaries
  • Customer statements
  • Credit control
  • Dealing with customer accounting queries
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Dealing with supplier accounting queries
  • Ad hoc financial duties
  • Ad hoc office management

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • At least 3 years’ experience working in a finance department
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels
  • Numeracy, analytical skills, and attention to detail are important, and you must be highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Any experience using Excel, Xero and Mediapro an advantage
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Works well under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Credit Control
  • Purchase Ledger
