Job Description
  • Purchase ledger function of the business
  • Processing supplier invoices and payments
  • Setting up subcontractors, suppliers, and clients on accounting software
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Reconciling bank statements
  • Raising and posting sales invoices
  • Posting cash book payments/receipts/direct debits
  • Preparation of monthly  report
  • Opening and distributing daily post
  • CIS returns
  • Credit control
  • Ad hoc tasks

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous experience within a similar position
  • Part or fully ACCA / CIMA qualified
  • Microsoft office experience including Word and Excel
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Organized and able to priorities workload
