Job Description
  •  Updating transactions on Quickbooks and relevant spreadsheets correctly and efficiently
  •  Processing sales invoices using Quickbooks
  •  Producing management accounts
  •  Producing year end accounts and monthly, quarterly and annual reports to management
  •  Preparing annual budgets
  •  Undertaking profit share calculations
  •  Credit control and debtor management
  •  Preparing VAT returns
  •  Payroll
  •  Bank reconciliation
  • Credit control
  •  Calculating and payments
  • Preparing and updating payment sheets for sub-contractors' database
  •  Conducting buying exercises
  •  Producing detailed job costing presentations
  •  Purchasing materials and supplies
  •  Purchasing online equipment
  •  Credit card analysis
  • Ensuring company vehicles payments such as insurance and MOTs are up to date
  •  Assisting with answering telephone and taking messages
     

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Accounts experience (two years minimum)
  •  Quickbooks experience preferred
  •  Experience in the construction industry preferred
  •  Excellent organisational, interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
  •  Co-operative and adaptable attitude with ability to use own initiative
  •  Advanced MS Office Skills
