Provide Finance business partner support to multiple business areas in peak periods and on key strategic priorities and business bids
Identification and Prioritization based on both qualitative and quantitative measures of both Finance improvement projects and cross functional business projects
Ownership of total project improvement through initial concept, development, end user testing and stakeholder acceptance
Influence parties within and out with own job function at an operational level regarding policies, procedures and practices.
Effectively manage multiple project deliverables to drive scaled process improvements.
Ensure that improvements, Investments and special projects are confidently communicated to senior stakeholders, peers and the wider organization to promote best practice and knowledge sharing

CIMA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Current holder of or eligibility to obtain MoD Secret (SC) level security clearance
Previous experience in a business partnering role
Defense Industry or similar large complex contracting environment experience would be strong advantage.
Commercial/Business background, with demonstrable acumen
