Job Description

You will be the finance lead on lots of innovation projects - working alongside marketing, commercial and supply to build the P&L of our innovation pipeline. But innovation is only part of what you will do – you will provide insight and analysis across the whole of the product portfolio to make sure we make the best decisions to drive our overall scale and substance ambitions for both today and the future.
This role blends numerical and analytical skills with communication, questioning and influencing. The variety of skills and stakeholders in this role means it is suitable for candidates with a range of backgrounds (such as commercial, marketing, business ops or finance) looking to stretch themselves in a new direction.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• A proven ability to turn data into insights and actions
• Strategic financial thinking (although not necessarily a finance background), coupled with leadership and communication skills to tell your story in a compelling and clear way
• The ability to influence others and work collaboratively in project teams with conflicting priorities to find the best overall business outcome
• A growth mindset - always thinking how we can do what we do better
