  • Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers
  • Processing purchase Invoices and matching to Purchase orders
  • Posting Cash receipts
  • Credit control
  • Raising ad hoc sales invoices
  • Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
  • Updating and maintaining customer and supplier records
  • Maintain procedural documentation
  • Journal preparation
  • Making supplier payments
  • Basic administration

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Degree in business studies/ finance/ accounting/ mathematics
  • Potentially working towards a higher accountancy qualification
  • Study support available
  • High level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Diligent, self-thinking worker
  • Self-starter
