This is the opportunity for an experienced finance leader to join us at exciting time and the next stage of our growth journey. You will ultimately be responsible for ensuring we are investing efficiently and optimally in our growth creating value for our shareholders and our employees by ensuring the company remains 'match-fit and able to maximize the opportunity in front of us.
You will build trust and credibility with the existing ExCo, ensuring that all members are pulling in the same direction. You will also bring onboard new talent complimentary to company’s strategy, creating a team with a depth of expertise in the finance and legal functions. In building this team, you will ensure that we have a rigorous focus on efficient growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Alongside the CEO, own and drive company's fundraising strategy, ensuring that our capital structure is optimal, allowing the business to reach its full potential
- Act as a partner to the CEO and the wider leadership team providing ideas, perspectives, and constructive challenge
- Take ownership of the financial plan and revenue model to drive revenue maximization
- With key partners across the business, evolve Divido's pricing strategy creating a sustainable platform for revenue growth
- Work closely with the external investors to understand, and deliver against, their governance / reporting requirements. The CFO will operate as a conduit between external investors and the management team.
- Manage, motivate and provide leadership to the finance and legal teams
- Champion internal career progression in line with the business needs through hiring, mentoring and coaching
- Work closely with the commercial leadership team to define ideal industry performance metrics, build a robust and accurate revenue pipeline and develop internal forecasting capability
- As a member of the Leadership Team contribute to the overall strategy and success of company
- Build and oversee strong data and BI capabilities as well as accounting
- Proven and seasoned Enterprise/B2B commercial experience, with experience pricing and negotiating seven figure plus deals
- Experience in developing a systematic and repeatable SaaS business model
- Ability to operate in a hyper-growth scale up environment and understand both the complexity and challenges of navigating the business through this phase of its lifecycle.
- Detail-oriented and process driven with a structured problem-solving attitude and a metrics, ROI and KPI driven approach
- Inspiring, engaging people leader and communicator with naturally high EQ, able to set a vision and bring people with them
