Job Description
  • Support Accounts team with processing invoices and administrative
  • documentation, as required.
  •  All aspects of Purchase Ledger processing invoices, and dealing with supplier queries
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Assisting with purchase invoice processing
  •  Reconciling supplier statements
  •  Liaising with the Procurement Department
  •  Assisting the team with ad hoc duties

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Competent user of Sage 200
  • Construction industry experience desirable but not essential.
  • Basic user MS Excel, MS Word, Microsoft Outlook email and calendars
