Job Description

You will be responsible for managing a range of quality and continuous improvement topics across the entire Finance function. The main areas under management are Continuous Improvement, Finance Learning & Development, Process Management, Project Management and Digitalization.

  • Lead & manage the Finance Quality team, drive result & respect focused behaviors to achieve high performance.
  • Ensure team members are empowered to take full ownership of their area and deliver excellent service
  • Determine the optimal roles, performance targets and goals for the team.
  • Ensure team members are managed appropriately against targets.
  • Provide coaching to team members to support their professional development.
  • Use feedback to enhance behaviors and performance.
  • Ensure EOS developmental feedback from team is addressed and implemented.
  • Manage all Finance projects, Continuous Improvement disciplines and initiatives on behalf of Finance management team and the business at large.
  • Support stakeholders to ensure overall quality of Finance services is high, through adherence to standard disciplines.
  • Key stakeholders are: Finance, business, regional and global Finance community and process towers.
  • Ensure governance on processes and policy documentation.
  • Manage all change programs through strict adherence to project management and continuous improvement disciplines. Coordinating process change activities with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ensure all Finance community has role-based and development training, both internal and external where appropriate to ensure all staff are well-skilled in their roles and developed for future growth opportunities where appropriate.

  • Time Management and Organization
  • Numerate degree e.g. accounting, mathematics, and physics.
  • 3+ years’ experience in similar roles i.e. project management / continuous improvement
  • Finance background. Strong systems experience.
