Our client is a high growth Manufacturing and Distribution business, they specialize across multiple sectors. Their head office is based in Slough and this role will have high level exposure to the senior leadership team, directors and operational stakeholders across the business. You will leading the commercial strategy for key business units driving, this company is well known for being highly ambitious and innovative at growing and expanding its well-known product offering. You will be delivering the commercial strategy for key business units across this high growth business. You will take ownership of the forecast, P&L and budget process. You will providing detailed profitability analysis to identify and ensure transformation and facilitate continuous process improvements as well as partnering directly with a number of operational & senior stakeholders.

What's on Offer?

Package on offer £75,000-£85,000 Basic salary, Bonus 10%, Pension, Parking, 25 days holiday, flexible working 2-3 days working from home.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Applicants for this Senior Finance Business Partner role should be qualified accountants (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with demonstrable experience in stakeholder management, profitability analysis, project completion and transformation. Candidates will also be capable of working as part of a senior management team and work with non-finance stakeholders. Experience in an operational business such as manufacturing, engineering, distribution or logistics will be advantageous.
