Job Description

This is a full-time position and we are currently operating semi-remotely from our offices, therefore welcome applicants who will be comfortable with weekly travel to our Uxbridge HQ.

How you can make a difference:

• Oversee tax (direct and indirect) for several jurisdictions.
• Co-ordinate local tax compliance (tax returns, TP reports etc…) with the assistance of external tax partners.
• Manage tax authority enquiries and audits.
• Manage and oversee the provision of third party tax services.
• Prepare quarterly US GAAP tax estimates (cash tax forecasts, tax risk memos etc…) and tax forecasts.
• Partner cross-functionally and provide tax advice and support as needed.
• Strive to simplify and strengthen tax processes.
• Stay up-to-date on tax law changes and keep stakeholders informed.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Qualification in Accounting or Tax with experience in a public accounting firm and/or multinational company.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) is paramount. French is highly desirable.
• An understanding of accounting for taxes under US GAAP is highly desirable.
• Innovative and solution-oriented.
• Excellent organizational and execution skills.
