Job Description
- Preparation of specific Ireland entity General Ledger account reconciliations
- Reconciliation and review of intercompany balances on a quarterly basis
- Review of employee expense coding and authorization
- Monthly headcount analysis and payroll journal coding
- Preparation of monthly credit limits analysis
- Ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Head of Accounting or Head of Management Reporting and Analysis
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Advanced Excel skills
- Attention to detail and in-depth analysis
- Determines the importance of each task and allocates time accordingly, ability to adhere to strict monthly reporting deadlines
- Ability to Adapt to various Reporting Requirements
- Specialist Knowledge Requirements
- Premium (written, earned) by market and by product
- Claims (paid, outstanding, recovered,claim handling provision)
- Accounting year and underwriting year loss ratios
