We’re looking for a Finance Systems Manager to join the team and to be responsible for leading the implementation, development, optimization and administration of the organization’s financial systems, with an emphasis on how financial data can be used and managed throughout the organization.
Within this position, the role holder will develop and own the financial systems strategy, research user requirements across the organization and ensure that finance systems are aligned to meet these requirements. Making sure they are optimized the use of existing business applications in line with internal policies and risk profiles.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Our ideal applicant will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with extensive experience of working with financial controlling, planning and reporting systems such as Oracle Fusion and PBCS, and will be able to demonstrate experience of driving and implementing change, with a focus on continuous improvement. This role requires someone to have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical subject to non-technical people.
