Job Description
The Client Interface, Finance Senior Manager will build and maintain working relationships with their Stakeholders, particularly in the context of cost management. You will be responsible for providing senior stakeholders with financial and operational analysis, delivering insight and financial expertise in solving business problems related to financial cost management. Leading and mentoring team members while driving best practices within Client Interface towards greater standardization, automation and simplification is fundamental to this role. To be successful in your application for this Finance Senior Manager role you will need to demonstrate industry leading levels of knowledge and proven success in the following areas;
- Building and managing relationships with other functions and the business, across a global network, including effectively managing a matrixed organization;
- Implementing best practices in management and financial reporting for Network level projects and of influencing territory and global finance decisions and processes through knowledge of technical and functional issues;
- Leading by solving problems, handling conflict, anticipating issues/concerns, troubleshooting problems, and proactively instituting creative solutions quickly and in detail;
- Leading the financial close process, budgeting, strategic planning and reporting process by managing the processes and tools used for analysis and reporting purposes;
- Reviewing and critically assessing processes, working with colleagues to drive change;
- Establishing working relationships with other groups, including territory finance, network operations and Global Programme representatives to influence process improvement to the benefit of their stakeholders; and,
- Embracing the ongoing digitization of the business, driving efficiency and quality through implementation of improved technology and solutions.
