Job Description

•  Assistant with the production of the financial and management accounts
•  Overseeing the preparation of the sales and purchase ledger and bank activity
• Supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts and variance to budget report
•  Producing monthly profit and loss reports and completing balance sheet reconciliations
• Preparing quarterly VAT returns and monthly sales lists and submitting online
•  Assisting with the preparation of accounts and files for year-end audit
