Job Description
  • All aspects of sales ledger
  • All aspects of purchase ledger
  • Reconciling all bank accounts, inter-company transactions and balance sheet items
  • Credit control
  • Assisting in month-end procedures such as balance sheet recs
  • Preparing weekly supplier payment runs
  • Processing receipts, bills and invoices
  • Maintaining and verifying accounts with supplier statements weekly
  • Sending remittances weekly to recipients
  • Chasing receipts from staff
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as needed

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experienced in using Xero and Microsoft Excel and  Outlook.
  • AAT studier or qualified by experience
  • Strong bookkeeping skills and previous experience in a similar role
  • Solid organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work quickly, accurately and to deadlines, using a logical and methodical approach
  • Experience in dealing with high volumes of transactional postings
  • Someone with a keen interest in the hospitality industry
