Job Description
  • Processing accounting receivables & payables and incoming & outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
  • Verify discrepancies by and support the CSM department to resolve clients’ billing and payment issues
  • Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted
  • Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
  • Assisting in general financial management and analysis

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • High level of attention to detail with excellent communication, organization and time management skills
  • Understand expense accounts and cost centers
  • Experience in accounts payable/accounts receivable practices
  • Experience working in a remote working environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite packages e.g. Excel, Google Sheets etc.
  • Prior experience with Xero or NetSuite accounting products is desirable
  • CPA-qualified or equivalent such as CIMA, ACA, ACCA
