Preparation of client’s monthly management accounts to agreed deadlines on various platforms either Client or Company (Netsuite, SAGE, SAP, Zero, and Quickbooks).
Treasury management (including forecasts and transfer requests) setting up client payments on various banking platforms
Corporate tax filings on Case ware for Subsidiaries of International Clients (Good working knowledge of corporate tax to include transfer pricing, stock awards tax treatment) with support where needed from external tax advisers
Review of Client payrolls prepared by in-house payroll team on SAGE to ensure technical accuracy and compliance (Good knowledge of pension administration, staff expense payments, stock awards, variable compensation, leaver and starter issues)
Preparation of client’s VAT with good international experience and submitting quarterly
Company secretarial support for Clients
Communicating with Clients to obtain approvals for purchases, and staff expenses
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will be a Qualified/Part Qualified ACA or ACCA and have experience working within an Accountancy Practice
Additionally, excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook are essential
