Your new role
Whilst based in Leeds, you will be the central source of expertise and support to all regions of the business ensuring international trade and customs operations are fully compliant with the HMRC requirements. You will be pivotal in the continual review, development, automation and improvement of policies and procedures for international trade. Maintaining a healthy product database and supplier declarations, as well as project management such as Brexit.
What you'll need to succeed
A qualified accountant with a minimum of tariff system knowledge and ability to learn/apply detailed complex regulations. Knowledge of Excise Taxation would be an advantage. First class communications and relationship skills and a professional manner
