Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Finance Manager to support the delivery of our Efficiency Programme. You will be providing financial support to a portfolio of transformation projects to improve the efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness of our services. This will include (but is not limited to) projects relating to outpatients services transformation, elective and non-elective care and corporate services.

We want to ensure value for money across the whole system, and ensure we understand our cost base to utilize our system pound to the best effect. We already have a stewardship approach to health and care services, bringing together teams of health and care staff and managers within a care area, to get best value from our shared health and care resources. We also have well-developed work on health inequalities and the green agenda. We want to use these approaches to help develop our efficiency programme, linking in within clinicians every step of the way to deliver better value for our patients.
