Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Finance you will work closely with the partners of the company and their international consultants to ensure accurate and timely recording of all finances. Duties will include:-

• Costing reports for consultants including accuracy of billed bours
• Financial reporting of long term projects including WIP reports
• Complete all aspects of financial ledgers including completing payment runs
• Ensure client billing is accurate and timely so that cash collections are maximized
• Complete credit reports and set up new clients
• Liaise directly with clients regarding payments and allocate
• Become main point of contact for banks and maintain relationships

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ideally you will have worked in a professional services or partnership environment and used Sage. This will be a great entry into the company where you will learn the business swiftly before progressing to other aspects of finance.
