Job Description

Transfer pricing calculations and intercompany balances;

• Overview payment run for regions 
• Coordinate AR, AP & Expenses monthly close process and support Finance team with any accounting issues;
• Cash flow management for EMEA entities;
• Review Financial statements and tax returns for EMEA entities;
• Tax Provision review and VAT returns;
• Review and maintain internal controls,, in certain cases define and implement control processes;
• Support the monthly close process and reconciliation of balance sheet
• Analytical review of the monthly operating results to ensure accurate accounting records are maintained
• Implement, document and maintain adequate and effective processes to improve the close and reporting cycles to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• MUST have worked for a multi-national business
• Proficiency in Excel skills
• Experience of dealing with outsourced firms
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Hardworking and flexible with the ability to work under pressure
• Attention to details, ability to juggle multiple tasks and to work under tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently as well as being a great team player
