This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our specialist Corporate Tax team that has a broad scope of tax work to be involved with. Our team members have had the opportunity to work with different size clients, from start-ups to global enterprises.
The team in undertakes “mixed” tax work meaning you will be trained on both compliance-based work as well as tax planning. This means that anyone joining the team will become a well-rounded and experienced tax professional. As your career progresses you will discover an area of Tax you would like to become a specialist and company have the tools to ensure you will become the go to person in the local market.
The team is part of that structure and has an excellent reputation in the marketplace. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Technical and practical knowledge and experience in a range of corporate tax areas that may include tax compliance and tax audit work to wider advisory and structuring work. Experience in more specialized areas of corporate tax such as capital allowances, international tax, transfer pricing would also be of interest.
  • Strategically and commercially aware
  • Strong client relationship management skills with ability to develop quality outputs to clients
  • Ability to solve the complex needs of your client
  • Effective time management, ability to remain calm when under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communicator in a range of situations both written and oral
  • Enthusiastic team player with ability to create, sustain and manage effective teams
  • Ensure delivery of quality work and take day to day responsibility of delivery team
  • ACA / CA / Tax Inspectors with full Technical Training course / Law qualification / Tax specialist qualification / or breadth of knowledge equivalent to a Tax specialist qualification
  • Strong tax technical skills
  • Business development skills, able to identify and convert opportunities to sell work
