1. Design and development of reports – work with the business and other members of the Finance team to understand reporting needs and design reports to meet such needs. Utilize Oracle solutions (such as Essbase, OBIEE, or Hyperion as is most appropriate). Support implementation of new Oracle reporting tools.
2. Support and develop Hyperion planning tool - provide support for the existing Hyperion implementation, work with IT and others to develop new capabilities and improve take-up.
3. Provide expert technical Excel, Cemis, and Oracle reporting tools support to other members of the Finance and DP&S business community.
4. Generation and distribution of reports – ensure that reports can be efficiently and flexibly generated, and are shared in the most efficient manner, using the most appropriate available IT tools. Run reports in line with the pre-agreed schedule, check and distribute.
5. Support development of DS budgets, MTP’s and forecasts covering revenues, costs, headcount SGA, productivity, and profit
6. Take part in ad hoc projects as and when required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• In-depth knowledge and experience of Oracle reporting and planning tools including Essbase, OBIEE, DV, and Hyperion.
• Previous experience of working in a pan-European/EMEA scale organization.
• Financial Background - ideally a Qualified or Part Qualified Accountant (CIMA or ACCA), or QBE.
• Proactive approach, with strong analysis, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Advanced Excel and modelling skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
